1. Introduction

CyberNova OÜ (“CyberNova”, “we”, “our”) is committed to ensuring that its websites, digital platforms and online services are accessible, usable and understandable by the widest possible audience, including individuals with physical, sensory, cognitive, neurological or technological disabilities.

This Accessibility Statement has been prepared in accordance with:

the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 – Level AA,

the European Standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1 for ICT accessibility requirements,

the Equality Act 2010 (United Kingdom),

the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) – Section 508, where applicable,

internationally recognised best practices such as ISO/IEC 30071-1:2019 (Accessible ICT).

This Statement describes CyberNova’s current level of accessibility compliance, the measures implemented, known limitations, the continuous improvement roadmap, and procedures for reporting accessibility issues.

2. Scope of this Statement

This Accessibility Statement applies to:

https://www.cybernovaprotect.com

including any domains, subdomains, microsites or digital resources directly managed by CyberNova OÜ.

It does not apply to external content or third-party services not controlled or managed by CyberNova.

3. Current Level of Conformity

CyberNova declares that its website is:

Partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA

Partial compliance means:

a significant number of accessibility requirements are met,

ongoing improvements are continuously applied,

certain elements remain under evaluation or remediation to achieve full AA conformance.

This status reflects the inherent constraints of the Wix Studio platform, which provides accessibility tools but does not allow complete control over every structural or interactive component.

4. Measures Implemented to Enhance Accessibility

CyberNova has adopted a combination of technical and organisational measures.

4.1 Technical Measures

Correct semantic structuring using hierarchical HTML.

Appropriate and consistent use of headings (H1–H6).

Meaningful alternative text for relevant images.

Compatibility with keyboard-only navigation.

Colour contrast meeting WCAG 2.1 AA ratios.

Reduction of pointer-dependent interactions.

Minimisation of animations and potentially disruptive effects.

Screen-reader compatibility (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver).

Responsive layout adapted to multiple devices.

Avoidance of text embedded in images.

Implementation of ARIA attributes where necessary.

4.2 Organisational Measures

Periodic internal reviews of site structure and content.

Use of Wix accessibility auditing tools.

Manual keyboard-navigation testing.

Monitoring accessibility during updates and new deployments.

Commitment to integrating accessibility principles in future redesigns.

5. Non-Accessible Content and Current Limitations

At the time of this Statement, full AA conformity is not achievable due to the following constraints:

5.1 Platform Limitations (Wix Studio)

Certain components may restrict:

fine-grained control of focus behaviour,

predictable screen-reader sequencing,

advanced ARIA labelling in dynamic components,

full contrast adjustments in native widgets.

5.2 Third-Party or Embedded Content

Some content may not fully meet accessibility requirements, including:

videos lacking audio descriptions,

embedded tools without ARIA labels,

externally generated forms or interfaces.

5.3 Elements Currently Under Review

CyberNova is actively working on:

complete validation of keyboard navigation across pages,

individual contrast review for dynamic elements,

manual compatibility testing with major screen-readers.

6. Content Outside CyberNova’s Control

The following elements are excluded from our direct control:

embedded applications from external providers,

third-party payment or checkout tools,

interactive maps or external modules,

components automatically generated by Wix Studio,

operational interfaces provided by Innova Group.

CyberNova seeks, whenever feasible, to work with providers adhering to WCAG standards.

7. Third-Party Contributions and Accessibility Responsibilities

Where content or tools are provided by third parties for use on our website:

WCAG 2.1 AA compliance is requested,

CyberNova reviews content prior to publication,

any limitations identified are documented accordingly.

8. Monitoring, Auditing and Continuous Improvement
8.1 Quarterly Internal Reviews

Every three months, CyberNova performs:

partial WCAG 2.1 AA audits,

verification of changes introduced by Wix Studio,

assessment of issues reported by users or automated tools.

8.2 Annual Formal Audit

Once per year, CyberNova conducts a full accessibility audit based on:

EN 301 549 requirements,

WCAG 2.1 AA compliance,

ISO 30071-1 good practices.

8.3 Incident Recording and Resolution

All accessibility-related reports are logged and managed through CyberNova’s internal compliance process.

9. Preparation of this Accessibility Statement

This Statement was prepared through:

internal technical evaluation,

automated accessibility scanning tools,

manual testing of navigation and assistive technologies.

Last review date: December 2025

10. Physical Accessibility

CyberNova currently operates exclusively in a digital-only capacity and does not provide services through physical locations.

Should this change in the future, CyberNova will ensure that any facilities are fully compliant with applicable accessibility legislation and standards.

11. Requests, Issues and Suggestions

We welcome feedback on accessibility and encourage users to report any barriers or request assistance.
